Delta Controls Model 103 Level Switch

The Delta Controls Model 103 uses RF Admittance technology to produce switching action when a material level crosses the setpoint on its sensing probe. The Model 103 provides a 5 Amp SPDT contact, setpoint adjustment, and 1-60 second delay adjustment. Use for high reliability severe services. Electronics module is potted to withstand vibration, corrosive gases, etc.

Delta Controls Model 104 Tip Sensitive Level Switch

The Delta Controls Model 104 top mounted probe type control switches when a conductive material touches the tip of the sensing probe. More of the sensing probe must be covered when the material is insulating and has a lower dielectric constant. The Model 104 will sense most materials such as corn, lime, dolomite, coal, water, acid, sodium hydroxide, and coffee.

Delta Controls Model 105 Level Switch

The Delta Controls Model 105, with adjustable differential action (where the OFF setpoint is different from the ON setpoint) offers a 5 Amp DPDT contact and adjustable delay time. The electronics module can be remoted, and is potted for severe environments. The probe circuit is intrinsically safe. Used for difficult services where corrosion, heat, vibration, etc. are a problem.

Model 107D in Ex-proof Housing

Delta Controls Model 107 Two and Four Point Level Switches

The Delta Controls Model 107 features all digital circuitry and pushbutton setup. It is potted for severe environments. An LCD display reads level directly in gallons, meters, tons, etc. Pushbutton setup and simple two point calibration means you don’t have to fill or empty the tank to calibrate or recalibrate switching points accurately. The Model 107C provides two 5 Amp DPDT relays. The Model 107D provides four DPDT relays. The electronics module can be remotely mounted.

Ultrasonic Type

Model
873
Model 872

The Delta Controls Model 873 is an ultrasonic level controller with 2 or 4 relays for alarming or pump control.

Model 858

Model 858 Ultrasonic Level Controller

The Delta Controls Model 858 is Delta's top-of-the-line ultrasonic level measuring, transmitting, and controlling instrument. It includes an isolated 4-20 mA current output, up to 6 relays for pump control or alarming, and the ability to communicate serially with a host computer

4-20mA Input Type

These alarms accept inputs from any 4-20mA level transmitter, such as a pressure, ultrasonic, or capacitance transmitter, and provide switching action of one or more contacts.

Delta Controls Model 341 - 4-20 mA Input Single Relay 3" Integral Module

The Delta Controls Model 341 modules are configured in the 3" Integral package. They are stand alone devices which can be used as alarms or control devices. From 1 to 3 units can be mounted in a Delta housing to provide various switch sequencing functions. They may be surface mounted in user's panels and cabinets. They may also be added to housings containing 4-20 mA transmitters such as 172, 566, 592, etc. These switch points provide pump control, alarm, etc. Note that the modules are not loop powered and require a 24 VDC power source. This can be provided by the user, or from an integrally mounted power supply module (option "PS").

Specifications

  • Relay: Sealed SPDT, 5 amps @ 240 VAC or 30 VDC
  • Setup: Setpoint, differential, reverse/direct, time delay, blind or LDC display
  • Power: 15=32 VDC, 1.5 volt amp
  • Optional Housings: 4X Hoseproof; 7 Exproof

Model 351

Delta Controls Model 351 is a 4-20 mA Single Relay Alarm / Pump Controller

The Delta Controls Model 351 is similar to the Model 341. It is configured as a stand alone device which can be mounted in various locations. It can be provided as "open frame" for mounting in enclosures by others, potted for I.S. service, mounted in 4X or explosionproof housings, and others. It can accept AC or DC supply power. It is also equipped with a built in loop power supply and has built-in diagnostic routines.

Specifications

  • Relay: Sealed SPDT 10 amp @ 240 VDC
  • Setup: Setpoint, differential, reverse/direct fail-safe, and time delay.
  • Power: 120 AC, 240 VAC, 24 VDC
  • Optional Housings: 4X Hoseproof; 7 Exproof
Model 352

Model 352 Pump Controller

Accepts mADC and VDC analog inputs. Outputs 4-20 mA signals and relay closures.

Conductance Switches

Conductance
Model 513A

Model 513 - single channel (shown)
Model 512 - dual channel
Model 514 - quad channel

Delta Controls Conductance switches produce a switching action as a conductive material touches the tip of its sensing probe. An individual probe is required for each switch action point. Each of the switch stations may be wired for alarm action or for differential pump control action.

Mechanical Float and Displacer Switches

Series 700

709.jpg (7661 bytes)

Delta Controls builds a wide line of high reliability mechanical level switches. A float or displacer is moved up and down by variations in liquid level or interface position. One or more switch actions occur at selected level positions.

Tilt Switch

Model 835

The Delta Controls Series 835 detects the presence or absence of material at the elevation of its probe. The arriving material pushes the lower end of the hanging probe to one side. An internal drop of liquid acts as a tilt sensor and signals when the probe moves to an angle of 15° away from vertical. A variety of tilt probes are available for use in solids and liquids. Interconnecting cable integrity and electronics operation are continuously maintained
